When will my package ship?

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days - this does not include shipping time. We often ship the next day whenever possible. We are closed on weekends and national holidays. If you need your order sooner, feel free to email us, or you can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships (check your email junk folder, your notification may be there)

 What if I am sending this as a gift?

If you'd like us to add a note in your package, please put it in the ADD A NOTE box at Checkout, and we will add your note to the package.

What are your Care Instructions?

Apparel: Our apparel will look it's best and last the longest when washed inside-out, on a delicate cycle, and in cold water. Use a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Ceramic Mugs: Microwave Safe. Top Shelf only Dishwasher Safe - We recommend hand-washing.

 Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

To receive a return or Exchange on our apparel, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Returns & Exchanges are for domestic orders only. Items will only be accepted in original, new condition - Not washed or worn. Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items are eligible for Exchange only. All sales are final on our Mugs and greeting cards.

Can I make changes to my order?

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been processed - please make sure your email, shipping address, and order are correct before you purchase. If your order has not been processed, we will help you any way we can. If you forgot to use a sale coupon code, we cannot add it after checkout.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes, Prices are in USD. We are located in Verona, WI. USA and ship worldwide.
