SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We ship Worldwide from Verona, WI, USA. 
  • All orders are processed within 2 -7 business days unless noted otherwise. This does not include shipping time. If you would like your order faster, feel free to contact us at info@girlwonderful.com with your order number. We will do our best to work within your time frame. 

USA SHIPPING:

  • All USA orders include tracking.
  • All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless upgraded. First Class includes tracking but is not insured if lost or stolen. Please consider upgrading to Priority Mail if you would like $50 Insurance or to receive your package sooner.
  • First Class Estimated Delivery: 2 - 5 Business Days (Does not include processing time.)
  • Priority Mail Estimated Delivery: 2 - 3 Business Days (Does not include processing time.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • International Orders do not include Tracking outside the USA. If you would like to add international tracking to your package, upgrade your order at checkout to Priority International.
  • First Class Estimated Delivery: 10 - 35 Business Days depending on location. (Does not include processing time, some countries may take longer for delivery)
  • Girl Wonderful is not responsible for any VAT (value-added tax) by Customs on overseas shipping. This may occur in some countries. Please check with your customs department in advance to assess how much this will cost you at the time of delivery.

ALL ORDERS:

  • You will be sent a shipping notification email when your order ships - check your email junk/bulk folder, it may be there. Your tracking number will be included in this email.
  • Girl Wonderful is not responsible for USPS mistakes, lost or stolen packages. Packages that show 'Delivered' on tracking will not be replaced. If you are concerned about delivery to your address and would like to add insurance, please upgrade your shipping accordingly at checkout. 
  • If you upgrade your shipping to Priority, you are responsible for filing your own insurance claim with USPS. We will, of course, help in this process however we can and do our best to find your package from our end. 
  • First Class and Priority Mail delivery time frames are not guaranteed.  They are USPS Estimates. After packages leave our hands, it is up to USPS and International Customs to process quickly. 
  • The address you provide at checkout needs to be correct. We do not replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address. Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address or USPS error will need to purchase shipping for us to resend. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We want all of our customers to be 100% happy & satisfied with their purchase! 
  • Exchanges and Returns are available on domestic orders only. 
  • To receive a Return or Exchange please contact us at info@girlwonderful.com within 5 days of delivery. Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted in original condition. Not washed or worn. We must receive your return/exchange within 4 weeks of the delivery date. We cannot accept Returns or Exchanges outside of this time frame. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Orders purchased with a Sale Code, Special Offer or Discount are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges will receive a Shop Credit code to make a new purchase. Full Priced, Domestic Orders are eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded. A refund or exchange will be processed after the item/s are returned in original condition. Refunds will be for purchase price only. Exchanges will receive a Shop Credit code to make a new purchase. Amount will be for price paid - no shipping costs will be refunded.

TERMS OF USE:

  • Items sold by Girl Wonderful. are not intended to be worn as sleepwear. Hoodies should be removed before sleep.
  • All sales are final on Ceramic Mugs and greeting cards.
  • Please refer to the size chart on each listing in the images on the product pages.
  • Colors may appear different based on your monitor/screen settings - Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
